 Piccolo oboe pitch

If the Piccolo oboe is pitched in F does that mean basic fingerings would sound a perfect octave above the English horn? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Loree musettes are pitched in F (an 8ve higher than a cor) but Marigaux musettes are in Eb - the same as an Eb clarinet or sopranino sax.

I've no idea if the Patricola is pitched in Eb or F: http://www.patricola.eu/english/images/produtos/oboe-musette-fratelli-patricola.jpg

Looking at the keywork layout, I think the Patricola may be in Eb like the Marigaux.
