Is it the case or the oboe? I'll leave it up to the repairmen to address the oboe, but I would honestly recommend soaking the innards with diluted citric acid (vinegar), giving it a cursory rinse, then setting it out in bright sunlight.
Lots of air. Weather permitting.
If fungus has penetrated the leather/outer case, or mold, I'm afraid the only course of action you can take is the 'black mold remedy': equal parts dish-soap and bleach, then a good rinse. But DON'T apply that remedy indoors, the resulting vapor is Dangerous to breathe.
