I used to feel this way too. You'll get over it.
Missing practice is probably good for you. If you force yourself to practice when you're fatigued, not in a good mindset, etc., it's probably a no win battle in which you gain nothing.
It's not uncommon for oboists, even pros, to take an entire week off of it. Who cares if you didn't learn anything for that week? When you get back into it, you'll be that much more refreshed and able to learn!
Don't feel guity unless you let a month get away from you.
