 Clarinet Case

Hi everyone, i have little problem.
Now i go in the conservatory i need of a case for mine clarinet, are two b flat clarinet, but one is normal clarinet (18 keys) and is a patricola clarinet and the other is a full boehm (21 keys and 8 rings) and i would like take them in a only case because is very hard to take in some place with a case in the shoulders and other in the hand (which is very very unstable). I know doesn't exist this kind of case but it's possible to hand-made with a bam case for example? or in some very cheap case? In mine saxophone case i do it and know it can enter, it should be a problem or yes? Can you help me? The reason why I take two clarinet because are very different between and for my jazz course i cannot place with only clarinet.

Your most cost-effective option might be a padded bag with room for both your standard and your full boehm cases. That's what I use when I have to transport two instruments.

I have used the Marcus Bonna double case to transport 2 Bbs. I think it works for full Boehm but I've never tried it. Both lower joints fit fine, and you just have to add a bit of padding for the Bb top joint that goes in the A clarinet spot.

I hope that helps!

Marcus Bonna seems very cool especially for the three clarinet you can take with you piccolo clarinet (that i have, piccolo noblet, very nice) but i don't know the price...

It was worth it for me. It is very well made and small enough that I can carry it with another bag when I have to.

Muncy Winds does have a double and triple Bonna cases. They are great quality, but not cheap. My triple was over $600.

A versatile (and cheaper) alternative to the Marcus Bonna, that should do the job nicely is this:

I adapted the insides of a Yamaha double case to fit a set of full Boehm Selmers (Bb and A) so maybe this can be done to accommodate a standard and full Boehm Bb by adapting the A side for a full Boehm Bb.
