Interesting.

Almost an "apology" for the hack job offered up by the Post a while ago (using the same numbers at the top of this piece) putting forth the argument that military bands are a HUGE waste of taxpayer money.

And yet the opening paragraphs almost sound like they still want to wander down that path.
