So back in September I ordered 4 mouthpieces on trial from these guys. I spoke on the phone with them about their policies for trials, etc. After recieving the mouthpieces, I determined that none of them would work for me. I sent them all back undamaged. To this date, 06 November, I have not recieved a refund. NADA... nothing.
I called them and spoke to a rep on the phone last month, discussed my credit card info, etc, and was assured the refund would be processed. Nothing....
The past few days I have tried again and again to contact them. I've emailed with no reply and numerous phone calls that are sent to a voicemail box that is full and accepting no more messages....
At this point I'm out almost $400.00
