So back in September I ordered 4 mouthpieces on trial from these guys. I spoke on the phone with them about their policies for trials, etc. After recieving the mouthpieces, I determined that none of them would work for me. I sent them all back undamaged. To this date, 06 November, I have not recieved a refund. NADA... nothing.
I called them and spoke to a rep on the phone last month, discussed my credit card info, etc, and was assured the refund would be processed. Nothing....
The past few days I have tried again and again to contact them. I've emailed with no reply and numerous phone calls that are sent to a voicemail box that is full and accepting no more messages....
At this point I'm out almost $400.00

I've ordered from them in the past and fond the ordering to be quite slow (some items on back order took four months or so to come through).
They otherwise seem reputable, just really slow. Hopefully they will make amends.

I bought something from them one time before. They never ship my order, never reply email and never answer phone. Lucklly I got my money back though Paypal. Search on interent, you will find many people have unhappy experience with this shop.

On Oct. 11, 2012 1Stop back ordered a box of 2.75 Gonzales bass clarinet reeds from a fairly large order. I'm still waiting for my reeds and have never been able to get through to them on the phone.
A great teacher gives you answers to questions
you don't even know you should ask.
