Hey everyone, thanks for taking time to look at this and help me.
So, I'm looking for a new barrel and I'm looking for some suggestions so any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
I'm playing a buffet E11 France that's about 3 years old. I have a vandoren masters cl5 with the masters series ligature. Everything else is just the stock E11 and I don't really have the money to get an R13. I'm at a spending range of $100-$200, maybe $250 max.
The problem with my barrel is that it is a 65mm and that along with the already sharp master series mouthpiece means I'm 20+ cents sharp. Also I think thebore on my barrel is a bit resistant so I'm getting an airy tone. When I tried my friends moeing barrel, the airy sound cleared up immediately
Thanks for any input!
