 Clarinet Found

I found a Buffet Crampon clarinet today at an antique shop, but there was not a serial number anywhere. I searched the web for the resource I used to use to date a clarinet, but have not found it. I wasn't aware that there were any Buffet clarinets without a serial number. It is in a damaged Yamaha case, so they are calling it a Yamaha, but it is a Buffet Crampon and the wood is beautiful. Is there any way I can figure out what this is?
