 La Voce di Qualita clarinet

Hi everyone, I am currently a student it Red Wing, MN studying Band Instrument Repair, and I have been given a 40+ year old wooden clarinet by the maker La Voce di Qualita. If anyone has heard of this brand or can refer me to someone who might I'd be extremely grateful. I have never heard of this manufacturer before and I'd like to know a little more about it. Thank you!

Based on the name, it might be Italian made but that is pure speculation.
