Hi,
I still can not find any information about edmond avon besides a list of other works done by him. Does anyone at least know his
dates (birth/death)?

Not listed in any major necrology. Must have been a very minor composer.

Looking up his name in a Schwann record book, I find: Avon, Edmund (1856-1919).

Hey, I might be able to post something by this Saturday about him. I have a record my teacher from home made a long while back, and he recorded a piece by Avon on it. I remember on the back of the record there was a little paragraph about each piece and maybe some info about the composers. I will let you know.
