Can anyone tell me what an e-bay seller might possibly mean by claiming that the reeds he/she is seller are "cool"?
Just what the $%^& is a "cool" reed? Is this to say that there may actually be "uncool" reeds?
An inquiring mind wants to know!

The word "COOL" has nothing to do with the reeds; it's attached to the "NR," which stands for "no reserve." It means: "Wow! There's no reserve on this item."

Perhaps "Cool" reeds are those which have not been subjected to "glove compartment aging."

cool reeds are one that have been kept in the freezer or over two years. if they have been kept out of the freezer then they are un-cool.
