Jim -

The eBay item is made with plain tubing, thus with a cylindrical bore, and would play as a clarinet, not a sax. Nice toy, but cheaper to get a standard slide whistle, or even a sliding birdie whistle, which you can put water in and get a nice twitter.

The Lyon & Healy slide sax (#4) has a conical bore, which would play as a sax, though the not-too-conical shape should make the sound move in the clarinet direction. Such instruments are rather unstable. See the various threads on the octavin.

The Raffiel and Husted Slide Sax (#6) looks to be cylindrical and, again, would play as a clarinet.

Someone should ask about these on the sax list and report back.
