Is there a book that has only E-flat orch. excerpts? Is there a book that is exclusively for E-flat technique & artistry?
If so, what are they, are they still in print & where can I buy them?
Thanks.

E-flat artistry?
Try Pete Hadcock's book, Orchestral Studies for the Eb Clarinet (Roncorp). Several excerpts and commentary along with his suggested fingerings.
