I am searching for any and all woodwind trios from the classical to the romantic period which I can transcribe for Flute, Clarinet, and Bassoon. Any ideas, including published music, are appreciated.

If you search for
Trio
in the Composition Database (http://www.sneezy.org/Databases)
You'll find a pretty large number.

Nevertheless, remember this trio:
Giovanni Simone Mayr: 12 bagatelle a 3,
for flute, clarinet and bassoon
[http://www.sneezy.org/Databases/Composers/M/Mayr,Giovanni.txt]
the basson part is an alternative for a basset horn part (written by the composer, too) - this basset horn part is available at an special order number, same publisher.
Would take approx. 40 minutes to play all.
