The one you're playing next ... and then you'd be trying to keep the one you're not playing at the moment warm.
BTW - I'd prefer you not use the moniker "sneezy". That's the old name of the site, and people might think you're associted somehow with the care & feeding of the machines.

you tune to the one you play first but you need to learn your instruments so you know about where it will be when you pick up the next one. If the roomm is very cold try to cover it or hold it on your lap to try to keep it warm. Because your clarinet will get flat as it gets cold you need to adjust for that when you switch.

If I have to play both, I try to tune one during the wind note and quietly tune the other during the strings note.
