A couple of years ago, one seller listed "half a burrito" with a starting price of $1,000. She said she had bought it for lunch and just wasn't too hungry. That thing ran up to something like $16,000 before she ended the auction with "The item is no longer available." A short email got the reply that she became hungry again and ate the thing.
I enjoy weird humor.

Perhaps someone was told by a parent or spouse that they had to try to get rid of the horn. Now they can say that they put it on eBay, but it got no bids and so they can keep the horn.
