I believe Rubank makes several books for clarinet and flute at various levels.

Jolivet-Sonatine is very nice but difficult, same with the Villa lobos Chorus.

Saint-Saens, Tarantelle for flute, clarinet (in A) and piano. Fun, not too easy.

Jake--
Check out the woodwind.org composition data base. It's excellent, as excellent as I've encountered anywhere.
A flute playing friend of mine and I have worked on a number of pieces together including the Rutter Three pieces (fun and relatively easy), a set of duets by Muczynski (a bit more difficult) and perhaps our most favorite, two pieces by Don Ransom- Prelude & Samba and a separate Pavanne. BTW we learned recently that Don Ransom died from an allergic reaction to a bee sting back in the late seventies...a real shame because we feel his music is really great.
Hope this helps. Good luck and by all means, let us know what you find out.

There is a Villas Lobos duet for fluet and Clarinet which is quite fun to play and is a challenging piece. I don't seem to remember the title but know I played it years ago..defintely worth looking up.
