Has anyone seen the Bass Bag companies bass clarinet backpack? I was wondering if it was for low C or low Eb basses... I really need a backpack, because my right bicep is seriously 1.5 times the size of the left one, lol.
Thanks,
Ted

FYI--the new Buffet Prestige low C bass clarinets come in a case with back pack straps that can be concealed when not in use. I have not tried mine as yet, but they are there.

Hmm, why don't you carry it with your left for a while and even your biceps out a bit....just a thought.

The Bam Cases are superb.
I have a bam trekking double for my Bb and A and it is very good,

Seriously, I wonder about the weight of a bass clarinet on the back. Are there any md's on the board that have an opinion on this issue? A local television station ran a story about doctors seeing more young people with back problems due to the weight of the back packs they wear to school. Perhaps one of those rolling carts might be better. I know a female tubists that uses one of the old fashioned golf bag carriers to roll her tuba about. She has developed a way of strapping the case on and off she goes.
