Click on "Sponsored by" at top of this page My personal favorable experience with student instruments, for whatever it's worth, has been: *Vito (LeBlanc) (Reso-tone #3) - reconditioned, $175.00 - $350.00 *Bundy (Selmer) (Resonite) - reconditioned, $175.00 - $300.00 -(retail store prices) (These are by no means the *only* or even the *best* buys in all situations. Seek a clarinet teacher or repair tech (Not a salesperson) in your area for additional advice. Tell them what you wish to do... (purchase a decent student clarinet for yourself). If you buy (cheap = under $50.00) on eBay, figure an additional $100.00 - $200.00 or more for re-pad/overhaul/adjustment. If at all possible, ask a clarinet player friend to look the pictures over carefully and help you ask questions of the seller before bidding. And... HAVE PATIENCE :]
