 Low E? on Bb clarinet

I'm very new here. I played clarinet since 5th grade to 8th grade. Haven't been playing since until 5 years ago I bought a new Clarinet, and really enjoying playing it again. This sounds kind of dumb question? My (low E)on my Bb Clarinet couldn't get the sound right. Not sure if it needs to be adjust, it seems to be sticking once awhile. Is there an site on the net, where show how to adjust keys on the clarinet, without going to the shop?
