 A. Robert Clarinets

Is anyone familiar with A. Robert clarinets. Specifically, did they make professional quality clarinets or a lower level?? If they are no longer in business, when did thhey stop manufacturing?? They are listed in the Rendall book as a manufacturer but I cannot find any other references to this company. Thank you.

Ralph - Info re: Robert [Robear in French] is in the archives here, I suggest you "Search the Phorum". If that is insufficient, ask again since several of us have seen [or have] A Robert insts. Don
