Normal conversation among friends is the best relaxation I know of. Half hour walks and bike rides are good for the constitution.

Scales and arpeggios. Every day. . . Try an hour a day and see what happens in six months. Use a metronome.

Hat's got THE idea for _increasing_ stamina, but if you're playing a lot and don't yet have the stamina...

I'd say, just stop playing when you get tired. Playing while tired can create LOTS of bad habits.

Sometimes I use warm-ups that Michael Webster (Rice) designed. The thing is, they're meant to prevent embouchure fatigue (hence--warmups) So, build up your stamina slowly, and HEY---remember it's all in the air stream....maybe that's part of it....just idle speculation. (I am just now realizing the importance of air stream, so...good luck and Happy Clarineting!
