Mo=medium open. The M or L after that medium or long facing length. After that I got no idea. Never seen those markings. He usually has the tip opening on the piece but 715 makes no sense. 203 maybe 2.03 mm (.080") which is a bass clarinet tip so if you're talking soprano that doesn't make any sense either.

Eugene, may I suggest you call Charles himself at 1-818-706-3309. You can talk to him or to his son (I believe his name is Mark). Either of them will be able to interpret the numbers for you.
I have spoken to both and they are very personable and, needless to say, very informative.

Just Curious--If mark is his son, then who is Jonathon Bay? ( i have one of Charles's his fine mouthpieces and on the packaging it came in, it says: "Charles Bay" and then below it: "Jonathon Bay")

Often the additional numbers on Bay's mouthpieces are serial numbers

To Corey: It appears that I am mistaken. Mark was the first name that came into my mind. Thanks for the correction.

If Jonathan Bay does not play the clarinet, then why is it written "tested by charles bay and jonathan bay" on the packaging?
