If you ever get hold of a copy please share it with me. I've been looking for it but it appears to be rental only.

Performed this twice last September. There is a piano reduction and it should be available also from June Emerson, Wind Music, Wind Mill Farm, Amersham, N Yorkshire.UK ------ Websearch - June Emerson Wind Music (or thereby)
Original Simrock Edition. Copyright 1977
Distributed by Richard Schauer Music Publishers, London.
We hired the orchestral parts direct from Richard Schauer.
Don't think it's for sale.
Much underplayed and underestimated piece - no pushover but not tremendously difficult. So rewarding for players and audience. Wonderfully melodic throughout for everyone. Should be compulsory as first big performance piece in college.
If you're to perform it however, your viola player really has to have a big sustainable sound and then stand at the front of the stage. That said, the viola part is a cracker.
Any further information req'd ?

It is in Oliver Seeley's offerings on this very site. And if Oliver is reading this, thank you, thank you, thank you!
