Can someone please tell me a rough idea of the cost for a first class complete re-pad/overhaul of a clarinet in the States (I'm speaking from the U.K.). And does it differ dramatically across the country?
Thank you in anticipation.

BTW, I did not post this as a "self promotion" rather as information. Be sure to access the other sponsor links on the site: Brannen, Larry Naylor, Peter Spriggs, Jepperson, Alphin, et. al. by going to the sponsor link. All are very respected in their field.

Central California (Sacramento region)...
varies from $160/USD to $180/USD, last time I inquired about a year ago, for a complete overhaul - three major shops.
New pads, cork, springs as needed, swedge as needed. Clean, polish, oil keys, adjust touch to customer specification.
