I'm looking for suggestions for an encore piece for 3 clarinets and orchestra. This could be something fun or serious and would involve a professional and two semi-professional players.
Thanks for your help.

Well Jill, since no one else seems inclined to reply, I will give you the meagre suggestion that popped into my mind. I don't know of any 3-clarinet/orchestra encore pieces but, if you can find a fourth, you might consider Leroy Anderson's "Clarinet Candy."
Best regards,
jnk

Jack,
Thanks, for the idea. I think we even have that in our library, but I thought it was only for two. Maybe it would work with three. I'll check it out.
Jill
If you or anyone else thinks of any others, I'd be happy to know about them.
I also thought if there was a good trio with piano accompaniment, maybe a simple orchestration could be arranged from the piano part.
If anyone has any ideas along that line, feel free to leave a message.
