Why don't you buy a copy? I believe luybenmusic has it for $3. Well worth the investment.

if any of you want to help me but don't want to get flooded with insults, you can secretly e-mail me at teddybear0xoxo@yahoo.com
and i think it might be legal for students to reproduce parts works for educational purposes. There's a sheet outlining the "photocopying laws" at the local copy shop. it might be like a 20 page maximum or somethign like that. i dunno.

I'm not a lawyer, but if Tebby already OWNS a copy of it, how can obtaining a photocopy be illegal?
Just curious...

It's an interesting problem ... but in the US even owning a copy of a book doesn't entail permission to make a copy, only permission to sell it without having to pay another royalty to the author (first-sale doctrine). Archival copies aren't allowed, either. Libraries have a very interesting Catch-22 - they're allowed to make an archival copy if a book is damaged beyond repair.
And of course by then it's too late ...
Fair-use doctrine in the US allows copying small portions for educational use (_NOT_ 20 pages!) or for parody. There is no "fair use" standard - it's determined on a case-by-case basis when it goes to court.
Even as few as 3 or 4 notes of music (if it's a "hook" in a popular piece of music) can be considered infringing.
