 metal clarinet help?

I need some help regarding my metal clarinet - I'm interested in knowing more background info on it. It was made in Italy, around 1940's I do believe although I have been told proabably earlier, and distributed by the Carl Fischer company.

I'm interested in knowing what kind of value is on this clarinet, as I'm interested in selling it. I know its probably not much, but anyoe with any idea who can help, or who is interested it in, please email me

I'd also like more info on this Carl Fischer company

and is there any way I can determine the exact age of the clarinet?
