Does anyone know how many clarinets are needed for Verdi's Macbeth, and which one's they are?

Many thanks

OK - I'm almost certain there are two clarinets in the "orchestra proper" and six in the off stage orchestra - they play in unison along with a couple of bassoons and a contrabassoon during one of the spooky ghost scenes.

The off stage clarinets (6 of them) are all clarinets in A...GBK
