Clarinet Chat will be held tomorrow (Sunday) 5/5 at 4:00pm EDT USA, 3:00pm Central USA , 2:00pm Mountain USA, 1:00pm Western USA, 9:00pm UK, etc...
Come talk about subjects of clarinets.
We promise, not one word of string quartets.
We hope you'll be there,
With a thought you can share.
Special treat: Mark is bringing Crêpe Suzettes.
...GBK (who, thankfully, plays clarinet better than he rhymes)

Mark will not be there,
I fear, I fear,
He'll travel to Cleveland
Steve's recital to hear.

Before I will play,
One slice I will take
of yummy carrot cake.
Happy thru the day.
I better clean my fingers before play and chat LOL

Once again I can't be there
I'll be sitting second chair
In the youth orchestra of mine
(A Sunday off would be fine).

Micaela...
Don't worry about not being there.
Your concern really shows that you care.
Have fun with your playing.
We'll all just be saying:
"How come she's not sitting first chair?" ...GBK

I again suggest adding the above [and below??] poems??? to the other group for some form of retrieval, Mark. Now having rehs. and perfs. away from 3 PM CDT Sun, will rejoin the chats. Don

GBK-
Maybe I'll be there next year
If the audition my conductor will hear
Is better than it would now appear
For Debussy I have some fear.
My orchestra is almost done
Next week we play the second symphony of Hanson
Then the chat I will not shun
I'm sure it will be a lot of fun.
(The AP Literature I took today
My practicing has had a price to pay!)
