Well, you could look at the front page of Sneezy, figure your offset from there (since the chat is at 4:00 PM Sneezy time - US EDT) and make the adjustment.
With all the local time zone changes (some people use daylight saving, some don't) it's almost impossible to accurately fix what the exact time differential is given the seasonal changes.
