 Serenade szervánszky

Does anyone know this piece? It's originally written for clarinet and orchestra. Do you know if this is the same piece as the concert for clarinet and orchestra?

The Serenade and the Concerto are two separate pieces. There is an old Hugaroton recording with both, performed by Bela Kovacs. (SLPX 11716) The Serenade was written about 15 years earlier. Both were published by Editio Music Budapest. It's been a long time since I listened to them but, as I recall, both sounded fiendishly difficult (for me, at least).
