If anyone knows how I could go about finding a new peg for my old Noblet bass clarinet (serial # 15473), your help would be greatly appreciated. Please email me with any information. Thank you.

You can prob. match the diameter of a steel or brass rod [or tubing] from a building supply store such as Lowes, Builders Square, Atwoods etc, to the clamping device on the bell, if you cant obtain one from WW&BW or your local repair shop. I did quite inexpensively!

I did the same thing. The peg on my bass is part of an old screen door. If all you are missing is the rod itself and not the entire peg mechanism it probably not worth it to buy a new peg system. Unless the instrument is pro grade, or if you want to.
