Here's a clarinet site I discovered while browsing:
http://clarinet.free.fr/
Check out the fingering charts. These are the best I have seen on the net. Each note has photos of the proper fingerings, as well as a sound sample!

Wow. Thanks. That is a great site. I think a lot of my friend's who are learning the clarinet would really appreciate it.

On my browser (Opera) the buttons did not activate when "pushed". If that is the case with you, and you wish to see the upper registers of the chart, this worked for me:
The original url was:http://clarinet.free.fr/doigtes/tablature_1.html
edit that to change the "_1.html" to _2.html so that you have:
http://clarinet.free.fr/doigtes/tablature_2.html.
That will do it.

it only goes to painful C? I wanted to find out how to play lethal G.

Painful "C" is enough. All the dogs in the neighborhood are already howling!

IHL... If you want G7, try this fingering:
TR x x o / x x x
It is basically an overblown F#6 (long fingering) but without the RH pinky.
However, according to the laws of the US, all G7's must be practiced only between the hours of 2 and 3 PM on alternate Thursdays, during months that contain the letters K or W...GBK

Try also RT xoo/xxxEb for high G, it's standard fingering for german system, a little flat on Boehm system.Good for passages with F#: RT xxo/xxxEb, and
G#: RT ooo/xxxEb

I wonder what they did to the person who first discovered those notes...

A message for Bob Arney
Dingoes do not bark or howl or bloody well sing. They are the quietest dogs on the palnet that is why they are such sucessful hunters.

Hey Mark, maybe that's why they always look like they are grinning?
