I mean one of those...what do you use? what do you think of...?
I just got a wooden Buffet mouthpiece. With it came a double screw regular type ligature. Only marking on the lig..."J.T.L."
Anyone know anything about 'J.T.L."?? It works very well, I'd just like to know......who made it, etc. Thanks.....
John

J.T.L. = Jerome Thibouville-Lamy, an old French clarinet maker. Has been discussed in earlier threads on the BB.

I've got two French size, a Selmer standard and a Buffet both years old. The Selmer on a Reeds Australia Vintage AC2 and the Buffet on a Buffet C*.
On German mouthpieces, I have one no name a Zinner and a Vandoren VD3 I use shoe laces.
