I heard that Anthony Gigliotti, former principal of the Philadelphia Orchestra, made several new recordings just a year before his death. Can anybody tell me where can I get them?

He recorded the Beethoven, Brahms and Glinka trios in December 1999, and it's at Amazon. Awesome recording.
He also recorded the Strauss Duo Concertino (with his son, Mark), and the Ponchielli Il Convegno (with former student Bill Chen) with the Taipei Orchestra in May of last year. These I think will eventually be on one CD, along with some bassoon pieces performed by Mark.
Also in May he recorded the Rochberg concerto and the Argento Capriccio in Taiwan. These will eventually be released on another CD. I'm not sure when these two will be released because they're on his own independant label. Hopefully by the end of this year.

This is an awsome recording! I actually got it directly from them -- it's cheaper than through Amazon.com. Just go to http://www.clarinetworld.com/cds.htm

There are also some old recordings of the Philadelphia Wind Quintet on Boston records that have recently been released.
