 Bonade recording
Author: Forrest

I am looking for a copy of a recording that Daniel Bonade produced in the late 50s. It apparently contained his student, Bob Listokin, playing Rose etudes, and contained Bonade playing the Zampa solo. I studied with Bob Listokin for many years, and he is retiring from his teaching post this year. At the end of the month, there will be a retirement party for him. I want to obtain a copy of the recording as a retirement present. Does anyone have a copy of the record who would be willing to make a tape or CD copy for me?? (I may have double posted this message. sorry if I did)

Forrest -

I've been looking for that record for years. It was listed in a Boande discography in The Clarinet, and I had heard about it before. I'm pretty sure it was a private label pressing by Leblanc, but I've never been able to find out anything about it. If you get a copy, please let me know.

Best regards.
