Hi Corey!
Try any of the peer to peer file sharing networks such as Kazaa,Morpheus,Aimster,Audio Galaxy or Bear Share. I'm sure there are others but I can't think of them at the moment.
Remember though Corey that a lot of the music you will find is copyrighted ( the recording is copyrighted though not necessarily the music itself...does that make sense? ) so you might or might not be infringing on someone's copyright by downloading and burning these files. Anyone who has more knowledge on the copyright thing please feel free to correct me...as I am sure you will!
Peace!
Brian

Brian, you're perfectly correct. In the US, the Mozart concerto is in the public domain, though any editorial comments and piano reduction of the orchestration may not be. Anything written prior to 1923 is safe.
Recordings have their own copyright (a mechanical copyright) so just because someone plays out-of-copyright music doesn't give others permission to copy it.
Then there's the performance copyright. Just because you own a piece of music legally doesn't give you permission to perform it publically.
In other words, in theory at least, of the music is under copyright, the composer's supposed to get some money when you buy their music, the composer's supposed to get some money when you perform their music, and the recording artist is supposed to get some money when you buy a recording. Terms and conditions, along with the recording industry in general, muddy this system considerably.
The above only applies to the US. Other countries differ considerably in the law.

www.MP3.com and http://music.lycos.com/downloads/ both have music that is permissible by the person who recorded it to download. I have gotten a LOT of good classical music off of the lycos site.
