Can anybody reccomend some good clarinet, flute, & oboe trios?

Malcom Arnold has a nice little piece for this instrumentation. Arnaund also has a collection of arrangements as well. Not a bad idea to check the composition index that our kind webmaster has provided too. You can search the index for flute, clarinet and oboe. That'd be my suggestion.

There is not a lot of music for this combination possibly because all the instruments are high pitched. There is more music for trios with a bassoon which gives more tonal variety.
