I'm getting ready to apply for graduate school next fall, and was wondering if anyone could help me find information on European music schools, or music schools outside of the U.S. in general. I'm not really sure where to start.
Thanks!

My teacher at home went to the Geneva Conservatory in Switzerland, and he really speaks highly of it.

What is it you want to do in Europe? Do you plan to come back afterward? These are important considerations if you want to actually PLAY the clarinet for a living some day, especially here.
THere are several European teachers in the US. You might contact them as well for advice.

What degree are you pursuing? There are great schools here in the U.S. too.

I'm pretty sure the Royal Academy of Music in London does graduate study. Such clarinetists as Brymer, De Peyer, Thurston have taught there.

Part of grad school study, especially for future performance is political. You may want to seek a US school that has a program to include an option to study abroad for a time period. Good Luck!
