I "found" an excellent Buff, vintage 1983 by my lists, [245xxx ser no], in a good used inst shop, at a decent price. Being without great knowledge of Buffets, I was surprised by the C 12 [yes, not B nor RC] model stencil. Can anyone inform me as to bore size and type, please? Tks, Don

Reading in "The Clarinet" [ICS] , late 80's-90's last nite, I found an ad [Buffet, of course] which put the C 12 next to the R13 [for "advanced student"]. Price ??.. Also, Mark,I read with considerable interest a number of Lee Gibson's "Claranalysis" articles, the best discussions of bore size and "character" I've found. Are these available from their web-site? Also will appreciate any info from proud owners of a C 12. TKS, Don

No - they are available as reprints, though. The address/email of the editor is in the "The Clarinet" section of the ICA site (www.clarinet.org) along with a (new!) master index of all articles published in "The Clarinet".
