Ross...There was a recording done by John Russo called "Mostly French" (CD 9868) Not sure of its availability.

Fred Weiner has the recording "The French Clarinet School Revisited"
which should be in stock:

There was also a rare recording that was put out by Marbeck Records of Donald McGinnis performing "Clarinet Contest Music". It had approximately 11 selections including the Jeanjean "Arabesque".
The interesting thing about this recording is that on Side 1 he performed 6 of the selections on a Bundy clarinet, and on Side 2 performed the other 5 on a Selmer clarinet. The obvious purpose of this was to show the strengths of the Bundy clarinet (as opposed to the Selmer).
I own this recording, and must say it is difficult to tell which instrument is being played. More fuel to the fire that "the player makes the sound, not the instrument". ...GBK
