If you look up there at the top you'll notice that we've passed that 150 mark! I'm going to leave the Pledge open throughout the rest of the weekend so those of you who haven't had the time yet to contribute and get your name on the list of donees can do so. I'll then add a new link to the list of names. If you've sent a check or will be sending a check - don't worry. I'll add your name as soon as you tell me it's "in the mail" or as soon as I receive it.
One other bit of good news. There's a shortage of 900MHz Duron processors, so the people who built my servers had to substitute 9650MHz at no extra charge ;^)
And the new servers were shipped today! I should get them next week, then they'll be loaded, burned in, installed, and starting to take over the load the 1st week in May.
I will probably auction off the "classic Sneezy server" in July ...

Ooops. 950, of course ;^)
Previously I used a dollar amount as a goal, but I think that some people would do a little math and say "I can't afford that kind of money" and decide not to donate. This time I got more small donations - and I'm just as pleased that someone thought enough of the site to part with a few dollars. There's a lot of students on the BBoard and list, and I distinctly remember how poor I was at times. Like I said before, I've survived on rice & Worchestershire sauce ... and run out of Worchestershire ...
And for all the donors that can afford to send more than a few dollars - thank you, too! That brings up the total amount enough to come closer to covering costs.
Now, if I could only figure out a way for Sneezy,Org to actually make enough money to cover costs and employ me ... ;^)

I rather enjoyed your fiddler on the roof rendition. It was quite refreshing.

Two completely different shows now you have me pulling out my Fiddler on the Roof Vocal selections in which I transpose while playing.

Mark,
I am sorry for asking how much you raised. I did not realize it was a secret and it was a bad question to ask.

Oh, not a bad question at all! This is the 1st time that I didn't set a monetary goal (at least publically). Most fund raisers do have a public dollar goal - I decided this time that it would be different, that's all.
