Does someone know if there is a company which
produces cases or bags for metalclarinets ?
Or are there bags for other instruments which
can be used ?

Frank....
A soprano sax case works. Pro-Tek(sp) makes a real nice one, but any sop-sax case works....

Every once in a while I see one pop up on eBay. After looking at whats left of one I sat on, I think I may try ro make a couple when I get my work bench excavated and some new blades for my old saw.

it is no big deal to convert a 24"x8"x5" under-the-seat truck type plastic tool box to a first class case. You will need good quality foam rubber, velvet and a few other things. Styrofoam instead of foam rubber also works. Contact me if you want to discuss.
