buying reeds

does anyone know of any music supply companies that give a discount for buying large quantities of reeds? and if so, do you know how much you have to buy to get a discount?

1) Most of them
2) It depends ... the catalogs normally describe the discounts. Some will let you mix & match brands.

Call Ken at< DiscountReed http://www.discountreed.com, and see if he'll give you a discount for quantity. He's a sponsor. Or, if you want one brand, see the Gonzalez reed at http://www.daviecane.com/Pages/Clarinet.html (soon to be a sponsor).
