My Buffet Bb Wooden Serial Number 87441 in a forest green "pro pack" case was stolen February 27, 2002, from our car in Tempe, AZ.
Tempe, AZ, Police report #02033292.

Dear Laura, I feel so sad at your loss. I used to live in Scottsdale which is just a little north of Tempe and am very familiar with the high crime rate of Tempe, Mesa, Phoenix and Glendale. Anything of high dollar value should be locked securely in the trunk. I would suggest notifiying all of the pawn shops and music dealers in the entire Phoenix valley. I sense that it was a local who probably won't travel too far to unload his merchandise.
The above are just my opinions and suggestions.
I wish you well and hope that your instrument is located soon.

It is suggested that one never leave an instrument in a car trunk except when you are driving.Sorry about the stolen clarinet.
