They are GREAT. Storage is good, protection is good, very lightweight. They've been becoming very popular. It seems that every other clarinetist at every gig I'm at has one, so I always have to be careful that I leave with the correct case/clarinets.

The interior is quite good. The foam seems to almost grip the instruments so that they stay nice and snug. The insulation is also effective in protecting the wood from extreme temperature variations.
I would be careful about the exterior and some other annoyances. I think the design may have been improved since I bought mine about three years ago, but the exterior cover detaches from the interior. Re-glueing with hot glue gun (as recommended) doesn't help. Also, the cover doesn't stay open on my BAM case.
Finally, I think the case is bulkier than I'd like.

I have one which can be carried three different ways: backback style (straps tuck away if you don't use them) shoulder style (removable straps) and regular hand carrying. It has a big exterior pocket and expandable music pocket. Zippers and two latch things (I don't know what they're called) keep the case closed. The inside foam fits snugly around each joint. I really like mine. It's costly, but it will last for a long time.

Mine is a POS, the lining has already broken within 3 months & the straps aren't very strong.
