Seeing that I want to pursue playing the clarinet as a career, I was beginning to wonder if anyone could recommend good teachers of whom I could study with. So, maybe my hopes and aspirations to play in an orchestra/symphony will never come true but I can always dream and attend concerts as such. Thanks,
Rachel Ann

Doug Graham at USC and Frank Kowalski at FSU. Also, there will be a new clarinet teacher at the North Carolina School Of The Arts next year as Bob Listokin is retiring this year. Whoever it is will be a big name.

You should try to study with Jenny Jonquil in Charleston. She is the principal clarinetist of the Charleston Symphony and has been a finalist or semi finalist at several major orchestral auditions in the past couple of years.
She's a superb musician, from all I have been told.
