Hi all,
I'm a student and i have 2 do dis project on the clarinet. I wish to have a detailed structure of the clarinet. Can someone help me and email the structure of it to me or post it on dis board?? I've tried searching the net but i can't get anything, thx.

For example: the C clarinet was "Invented by Mahler and Strauss for orchestra use." And Mozart's concerto was written for a basset horn in F.
B-minus, must try harder.

Well put, A D P, inaccurate history? MC, I believe Brymer's "Clarinet" [in most libraries] has a drawing of the clarinet's keywork, pg 97, and many pics of assembled insts where you can write-in the part names. Is this all you need? Don

What exactly is meant by 'structure'? Anything with a function?
A description of the mouthpiece, reed, ligature, barrel, body, bell, tenons, tenon receiver rings, tenon corks, bore, tone holes, undercutting, key posts, keys 7 rings, pivots, linkages, pads, key stops, mechanism noise silencers.......??
What does the teacher mean exactly?
